I had this last night. The sorbet was made with 1/2 blueberrys and 1/2 raspberrys. The flavour was amazing but too much vodka for me - I found it too alcoholic. Would love to make this for Xmas day but will cut down on the vodka. The colour was fantastic and if xmas day is hot then this will go down a treat.

I like the Festive book, maybe because it has my Beetroot/ Parmesan/ cashew dip in it. 👏

If you look at all the recipe reviews (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=8430.0), you can see this recipe book gives a lot of bang for buck.
For this recipe in particular, have a look at http://www.joysthermomixexperiences.clancie.com.au/ThermomixModifiedRecipes.htm#Bellinis for a couple of variations.

I have just check the new one against the older version and yes it is exactly the same recipes. I didn't check each individual recipe to see if there was any tweaks.

It is a good book as I have said. I've made quite a lot from it and they were all lovely.
