DD, these look great. Perfect picnic food or for the lunch box. Will make. Thanks

DD, thanks for posting this recipe. I was looking for something quick and easy to make for brunch today and after reading your post I decided to make these. I didn't have any spinach so substituted kale (it was perfect as I had a bunch that really needed to be used) and I used goats cheese instead of the feta. Delicious!
I cooked them in silicon cupcake moulds and they didn't stick at all.

I'm going to try posting my first photo to the forum...

They look very nice VieveMS. I am glad that you enjoyed them. It is an easy recipe and very tasty. They are a nice size to have one or two with a salad for lunch.

Congratulations on posting your first picture VMS - it looks as if silicon is the way to go, they are perfect.

DD have you ever cooked them in the Varoma?
-
Sounds yummy and healthy Den. Another for the to do list.

No I have not tried cooking them in the varoma. I can't see why it wouldn't work, the only issue would be that they wouldn't brown.
