Hi - my name is Anne, and my new Thermomix arrived yesterday!   I am so excited, and looking forward to trying out some new recipes.

Thanks for the  welcome!  Today I made Pork Loin steaks with savoy cabbage, mushrooms and gravy  AND Chocolate and vanilla custard layers.  My hubby and daughter really enjoyed their dinner tonight!

You are about to have heaps of fun with your new machine. There are lots of wonderful recipes on here. We even have thorough instructions on creating a starter for sourdough and then baking with it.

Hi Anne - a very warm welcome to the forum!  So glad you're TMX adventure has started well.  We always find it's a good idea to check any recipe/tweaks, etc on the forum before going ahead . . . it's amazing what you learn here!!  Look forward to hearing more from you over time . . :D
