I'm totally new to these type of forum so this is just my first post to try it out.
I'm also the soon to be owner of a new TM31 -so Im looking forward to checking out all your ideas and recipes.

I will def share the spinach curry - one of my dear friends who is a vegan, coeliac, and allergic to all additives/preservatives absolutely loves it and calls it "nectar". But you don't have to be a greenie to appreciate it - my authentic red blooded indian meat loving husband equally loves it - so as soon as I convert it to a TM recipe I'll share it - it shall be my first project.

I'm just waiting for the call from the consultant. Been 9 days since ordering but who's counting right.
All good, it's giving me time to trawl this place and get familiar with recipes I might start with. I've been informed by DH, DD and DS what their requests are for the first dishes. I'm sure that's a good sign.

Good question :) She's a wife of noble character in the old testament in "proverbs 31" and is much to be admired and aspired to. Basically she is a super wife/super mum strong type person who is amazingly virtuous & wise as well as incredibly industrious at home and beyond. She is a well respected figure in the eyes of her children/ husband and city elders. She loves her God and her worth is far above rubies. Basically I take encouragement from her when I'm up hours before my family running and organising the household b4 I go to paid employment. I'm looking forward to my new TMX blessing me in that it will help me get thru my busy days of providing for my family. Thats my lot anyway. Im so amazed at all the wonderful women (and im sure men in here too somewhere lol) doing similar things in devotion to their family's health. Apols I went on a bit <3
