Title: Mojito

Mojito
Serves 6
Ingredients
150g lime juice
30g brown sugar
handful mint
200g white rum
50g soda or fizzy water
800g ice

Place in jug, lime juice, sugar and mint. Program 5 seconds, Speed 7.
Add rum, soda and ice. Program 20 seconds, speed 5 to 10.
Serve immediately.

These were delcious. Have made them twice now.  We prefer a bit more sugar and they are more flavoursome if you let the ice melt a little before you drink them.  Thanks!
