Love those rice noodles, looks really easy, when is your Thai class coming to Albany?
Have rhubarb and strawberries almost ready will definitely make that soup

Thanks, Tenina - those videos are wonderful!  Is it ever likely that your Thai class can make it to Sydney. . . .? :D

I have learned through experience, that the Thai class would be difficult to travel with. I need 2 days prep for 1 or 20 classes, if you know what I mean because of lead times on frozen stuff etc.

So not a good traveller. Albany is still possible, tho I am so frantic with everything else, still not sure. Hopefully Sue!!
