Hi everyone, I joined the Thermie Owners Club this week and thought it would be a good idea to join the forum as I've already benefited from some of the great recipes and tips shared here.
Since receiving my new toy on Monday night I've been cooking up a storm: risotto, bread(s), 60 minute eggs, carrot cake, sorbet, spiced pears, pumpkin soup, curry paste and sous vide steak. It's all so easy with a Thermomix!
I've purchased two cookbooks so far - For Foods Sake and Quick Fix in the Thermomix. I'm really loving QFITT in particular - the recipes are simple to make and delicious.
I think the Thermomix may become a new favourite gadget!

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. I love this forum already!
Until I get fully used to Thermie I will be using recipes from cookbooks and this forum but who knows maybe one day, in the not too distant future, I'll be posting my own recipes for others to try.
