I've just arrived at thermomix forum on the recommendation of Tenina Holder (love love love her work!). I would like to know if anyone has a recipe for a Brinjal chutney - you know made with eggplant etc. I buy a lovely locally made one that is commercially produced and unfortunately uses a preservative in it, so I would like to make my own without the nasty! I believe via searches that there is some form of this in the Indian thermomix cookbook, which I don't have ( still on the wishlist - LOL!). I would be grateful if anyone has tried it in their thermo - I'm so not a recipe developer so prob wouldn't try it on my own without a recipe. Ta!
