Title: Braciole with photo

 tomorrow nights dinner

small  pieces of veal or girello that have been tenderised
Brush with oil
Place oiled side down into fresh breadcrumbs that have been seasoned to your liking
Secure with skewers

Bbq, grill or bake 2 your liking

or pan fry 1st the add some nap suace and cook for about 1 hour

always one step ahead of my self  snappy ;D

i will forget about them in the morning and start make something esle for dinner  :-))

I was intrigued with the title, with the breadcrumbs on the inside it would be like a stuffing, sounds really nice
