Have you tried?

Going to make vanilla ice cream
Cookies n cream ice cream
Pasta
Chookies swedish ice cream cake

Thats just over 1 litre!!!!

I could try butter, but I assumed it had to be heated as its cooking cream.

The problem, no freezer space & no interest in cooking, but I cant let it go to ruin.
Will have to re-pack all freezers, that normally works well.

Do you have any recipes for cocktails with cream Hally?  eg Brandy Alexander

Make some gravy from the Swedish meatballs recipe on the forum and freeze it - you will probably have to add more cornflour to thicken it though or perhaps even do that when you thaw it out and reheat it.  It's very handy to have in the freezer to serve with any type of meat.

Make rice pudding or custard with half milk and half cream.

Give some away  ;D

If it was me I'd be making up a few batches of butter chicken from the Indian book and freezing it (if you have room).  We have this ALL the time ! Most requested family and extended family recipe ! Our kids eat it too and if it's a little too spicy (they do like some spice though), I just pick out bits of chicken for the younger two and add a bit of cream. I usually use a 600ml cream for this dish.

My DS's favourite meal is pasta carbonara, so I'd be making plenty of that.( I also freeze the leftovers.)
Oh, and Tenina's lime mousse pie uses 600ml of cream. :)

ES, oh yes we love the lime mouse pie.

I can now see my $100 food budget been blown right out to buy ingredients to use the cream up, lol. I was doing so well with $61 & nothing needed, until I was given this cream...... & I have about 20 lemons with it.

First job tidy up all freezers :(

Just use the mixture like u would  normally when making tiramisu. many restaurants use cream cheese instead of mascarpone ,i know a true tiramisu doesn’t have egg whites  ;)

H how about making same sour cream?

Put in a jar 250g fresh cream and 100g yogurt, mix well. (I use whole cream and whole yogurt) Close the lid, wrap with a blanket, let it rest for 36 hours.
Later store your sour cream in the fridge.

Try these muffins:
200g grated cheese
2t mustard
200ml cream
4 eggs
250gm chopped ham/bacon
2T parsley (optional)
S&P

---mix together, pour into muffin tins, bake 15-20 min, then sit for 5 min before taking out of tins.
