Title: Quick Fix in TMX - Celeriac Remoulade

I have to say "celeriac" is my new favourite vegetable. Tonight DH (he never cooks) made this and it and it is a big winner. DH said we are never to have coleslaw again and this is our new regular salad. We only used half the amount of oil and replaced the other half with WW Sour Cream. 10/10, yum yum yum from us.  :D

Yes, this is a lovely dish.  Makes heaps.  5/5 from me too.  Happy memories of little bit of celeriac at KneeDeep lunch.
