I've just flicked through this diet book and it looks simple and straightforward. The Amazon reviews seem to be really good.
The basic idea is cut out all white carbs and replace them with beans and lentils. Yet when I searched the forum for recipe ideas I couldn't find any mention of it.
Has anyone tried it? Any good outcome?

I have not heard of it lemongrass. :)
A couple of years ago, I did low carb diet. The weight just fell off, but found me again, after eating carbs again.
Quirky Jo uses a lot of lentils..

I've not heard of it Lemongrass, but I don't believe in "diets". I believe in a healthy, balanced lifestyle ;)

I agree I think low carbs is the way to go.
Lots of lean meat, fresh veggies and fruit.
My DD is nutritionist and she agrees so long as some carbs in diet but whole grain and not too much.
Other DD has lost heaps of weight and dropped from 14 to 10 in past 9 months by following this method and still enjoying food and wine.
She is on gluten free carbs and looks amazing. ;D
