Hi my name is Jess and I have just purchased my thermomix!! I received it on Wednesday and am loving it. I have cooked potato and leek soup, mashed sweet potato and home made porridge!!! I love cooking and experimenting with new ingredients and new methods. I am keen to get more ideas, help and general ideas on how to use my thermomix. I am going to a cooking class on Wednesday night in Perth Australia. Hopefully I will meet some new friends :)

Hi Jess, welcome to the forum.  You sound like another happy thermomixer and with the weekend upon us, I'm sure you will spend more time in your kitchen.  It's helpful to attend a cooking class early on, you will pick up some pointers to help you on your way.

Hi Jess, did you manage to let the TMX cool down over the weekend.  You will never be stuck for something to cook with this forum everyday someone is making something yummy that you will want to try..
