Title: Can anyone list ingredients for EDC Beef Rendang please?
Post by: JAM on August 30, 2012, 02:31:07 am
Hello all,

I am going to make the EDC Beef Rendang tonight and am wanting to buy the ingredients today while I am in the city, but forgot to write out what ingredients and quanity of each I need!

If anyone is home with their EDC book, would you mind writing out the ingredients and quantity for me?  I know I need 1kg beef but that is a good as my memory is at the moment  :-\

Thanks in advance!

Thanks fundj and goldfish  ;D

Quick question - if only had 600g diced beef, would it still be OK to use same amount of other ingredients?
