oops I need another post. Here is the photo. I cooked it in a dark tin and as you can see it burnt a bit. Tastes nice though

No need to wash the bowl. Add in butter and sugar. Speed 3/1 minute.

KerrynN - Cookie I made this with some bananas. The bread/cake is really yummy! I used only 100g of sugar and misread the instructions so swapped the speed and the time when mashing the bananas but it didn't seem to matter. Yummy!
Aussie Jewels - my first sweet item in my TMX for my sweet tooth husband was great but because I like a crunch a bit I would not chop the walnuts as much next time.

Cookie I made this with some bananas that didn't survive the trip to the AFL grand final (much like us). The bread/cake is really yummy! I used only 100g of sugar and misread the instructions so swapped the speed and the time when mashing the bananas but it didn't seem to matter. Yummy!

Now why didn't I see this recipe earlier today? I made the same loaf but different recipe - 1 cup of banana (had to top my cup up with extra dates) processed with 1 cup milk (or a mix of sour cream/yogurt and milk) then add 2 eggs and when combined add 300g flour and 4 tsp baking powder (or 300g SR flour), 1 tsp bicarbonate, 1tsp mixed spice and 1/4 cup brown sugar, mix then add 130g chopped dates and a handful or so of walnuts (I didn't weigh). I cooked it at 180 c for 50 mins, very moist and yummy.
