wow - thanks, Uni!!  A great shop on Mona Vale Road (can I mention names??  Forestway Fresh -)has kilo bags of frozen berries.  I might try this, and if I can do a reasonable job, it'll make nice gifts for Christmas hampers, etc . . .

Thanks Uni.  I've got dried cranberries, so I guess all I need to do is soak them for a while then get down to sauce making!

I've made this sauce many times  but I haven't tried it with dried cranberries,it's really good, especially with the port added Marina ;) Makes a fantastic gift for Christmas.

Thanks CC, I had intended to give this a go this weekend but wasn't organised enough.  I love cranberry sauce so am looking forward to giving this a go.
