Name of Recipe: Thai Chicken Sausage Rolls
Number of People: 6-8
Ingredients:
500gms chicken breast fillet
1 tsp ground cummin
1 tsp ground corriander
2 tlbsp sweet chilli sauce
2 tlbsp chopped corriander (I used gourmet garden tube)
80 grms fresh breadcrumbs
2 shees puff pastry
1 egg lightly beaten
seasame seeds
Chop chicken into cubes and semi freeze.
Place corriander in *: blitz on turbo until fine chop.
Add chicken cubes and turbo for 40 secs or until desired consistency.
Add cummin, chilly sauce, corriander - dry and fresh, bread crumbs.
Mix 5 secs - speed 4.
Spread the mixture along one edge of each pastry sheet and roll up to envelope filling.
Place the rolls seam side down, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 30 mins or until brown.

Maddy - I did add an extra 1/2 tsp cumin, and added 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
I didn't chop up chicken breast, as I had a pkt of chicken mince already.
