Hi Thermomixers,
I've owned my Thermomix for a few months now and am looking for some inspiration. I'm trying to find yummy meals that my hubby and 12month old can eat too. Looking forward to chatting to you all :)

Hello and welcome to the forum Aleisha. You will be so pleased you have joined us, inspiration is our middle name ;) One thread that is always a winner with our newcomers is CP's favourite list so far (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=6470.0) - if you haven't seen it, I'd suggest you do so as she has hit the nail on the head with these winning recipes. Plenty more have been posted since CP made this list and she is believed to be working on her second list but these things take time.
Once you answer CC's question, I'm sure the suggestions will come thick and fast from our members.

Hi Aleisha, welcome to the forum :)

Welcome Aleisha. What sort of things have you made so far in your TMX?
-
Hi Aleisha & welcome to the forum!

Hi Thermomixers,
So far I've made;
A few different types of bread
Pizza base
Cakes
Risottos
Curry paste
Vege stock
Soup
Custard
Stewed apples
Porridge
Yoghurt
I tried the butter chicken from the EDC but found it really bland. How does the Indian cookbook compare? Would love a review
Hubby and daughter will eat just about everything though my daugher has constipation problems so we're trying to stay away from dairy and wheat. I'd love some great vegie recipes.
:)

The Butter Chicken recipe in the Indian cookkbook is much better Aleisha, you will find the recipe (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=5295.0) on our forum along with the tikka paste.
