Title: Vegemite scroll question

I wanted to make the scrolls the night before and bake them fresh in the morning. Should I leave the dough to prove in the fridge overnight or complete the scrolls (except the baking of course!), Vegemite and all, then refrigerate til morning?

I would just make the dough and leave in fridge over night, then roll and spread with Vegemite etc tomorrow. :)
