Title: Homemade Butter??

Has anyone made their own butter using their own skimmed cream (Jersey)??  The recipe might be in there somewhere I just haven't found it. Thanks  :)

Intrepidtrier (Sandy) may have - but there shouldn't be any problems just following the normal recipe in the book.
