Teninas soft buttermilk bread rolls would be  a great hamburger bun. Just put some sesame seeds on the top before baking.

I love this recipe. It can be adapted so easily to whatever you desire. I sometimes use a mix of natural yogurt and milk in place of the buttermilk if I don't have any.  The rolls are really soft and my kids favourite.

Here's some more suggestions Stef.

This (http://www.ukthermomix.com/recshow.php?rec_id=21) one is on the UK Thermomix site.

We do Chookies no fuss rolls recipe (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4253.0) and place a tray on top of them whilst baking so they stay flat.

My conversion of the Panini rolls (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=10207.0) would work for hamburger buns too, just flatten them with your hand when you first form them & put them on the tray.
