Hi,

I am soo excited I am getting my Thermomix delivered tomorrow!! ;D

Now I just have to work out what to make first, what was the first thing you made??

Hello and welcome Renee. I think the first thing I made was the vegie stock. There are quite a few posts on here concerning that. Here (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=859.0) they are.

Hi Renee, if you have children you better make them some custard.  Make your veggie stock as it is the basis for a lot of recipes, some soup, a risotto, you will get so many recipes from here you will be overwhelmed.

The first thing I made was veg stock, followed closely by raspberry fruity dream, then the cheese and bacon rolls off here.  :)

Hi Renee first thing I made was a soup of all the veggies in the fridge that were starting to look a bit sad. I had made the stock at the delivery. Sounds unappetising but it was delicious and saved so much waste. Hope you enjoy your machine! I am. 2 weeks in and I still think it's the best thing I've ever done. I can't stop watching it while it cooks!
