Tips/Hints:
Use up any vegetables from the fridge.
Use up any cheeses you have in the fridge - a mixture of cheeses would be lovely!
When blitzing hot soup put a tea towel over your machine just in case - a good safety practice!

Sounds lovely, have you made this with a thermomix? I was just looking at the quantities and was wondering if it would all fit?
-
I made it with a Thermochef and it fit so I can't see any issue with a Thermomix as they both have the same sized bowl :)

Ooh this sounds delicious Thermolicious :D Will definitely have to give this one a go ASAP :)
