Title: Recipes for using a Bundt Tin
Post by: berringamababe on July 14, 2012, 05:05:21 pm: I have two Bunt tins and I would like to use them for cakes any suggestions of recipes to try? Oops yes Bundt Tin

Well in that case I think a Madeira cake recipe would work, or pound cake, these are unconverted.

The Womens Weekly orange and poppy seed cake. A nice light one.

Like the look of the monkey bread.

I use my bunt tin for rum baba or cakes that have syrup poured over them. Sometimes for visitors I make a plain butter cake in it, put fruit round the outside and icecream in the centre for dessert.
