Hi everyone, I am from Newcastle and have had my Thermie for almost 12 months. I still have soo much to learn! I love simple quick recipes and am always on the lookout for organic ingredients to use. I am also a Cyndi O'meara fan and love her ethics about food and lifestyle choices. Pity I am struggling to follow them! I am hoping this forum will help with any problem recipes I have encountered and also help give more recipes choices than what I have in the cookbooks. Finding food that my husband and children like are still a problem even with Thermie! Soo I am looking forward to interacting with you to see if I can make my Thermie journey a more successful one! Thanks Everyone!

Thanks everyone for your welcome! My kids are 10 and 13 and my husband well the most difficult person to please!!! As I encounter any problem recipes I will post. I am going to search for a good banana muffin recipe as the one in the EDC is terrible very runny and yuk! The cookies are great and am looking for something other than anzac or the choc chip. Kids love them but variety in their lunch boxes is what they need! Soo I'll have a look and have a go! Thanks again for making me feel welcome!
