Title: Chocolate Sauce (with photo)
Post by: farfallina on July 11, 2012, 08:42:17 am

This is a very easy chocolate sauce from Italian EDC
It is very versatile and could be used with your cakes, ice creams and many more..
Areas of usage are all up to your gusto and imagination.
I will soon post two recipes where I made use of this chocolate sauce.

It is thousand times better than bought ones. Speaking for myself, even if not a must, using dark chocolate with 70% cocoa makes it taste even better.

Ingredients:
150g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
20g butter
100g milk
1 bag vanillin sugar or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or aroma

Preparation:

Grind chocolate for 15 seconds on Speed 8.
Add butter, milk and vanilla. Cook for 5 minutes at 50°C on Speed 3-4.

Yes, that's all!
You can use it warm or cold according to your needs.
It has a liquid, fluid consistency while warm as you can see in the photo
It gets thicker when kept in the fridge.

Enjoy...

Ha ha ha
Well to be honest I did Cornish Cream!!! :)
But it was all a sacrifice that I made for the people who follow my recipes!!!!!!!!!
I was doing some consistency checks!
I checked how it was when cooked, right out of the fridge after some hours stored in the fridge, and waited at room temperature!
All three stages taste great and have different consistency
All checked and tested!! :)
