I call them Cream Biscuits but they are posted by Ceejay as custard biscuits (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3127.0). Emerald Sue gave me the idea of putting a chocolate button on the top.

I almost made them last night, but I didn't have enough butter. (I made choc ripple biscuits instead.)
