I made focaccia bread the other day and wanted to put some seseame seeds on top. So I brushed some olive oil on top and sprinkled the sesame seeds on. But when I went to cut and eat it, pretty much all of them fell off!
So is there a special method for getting seeds to stick on top of breads? Please share your secret! :)

Same here Uni. Some still fall off but only way to go. I scrape up those that fall off and use again.

I use spray oil and it works....

I always say the ones that fall off are for the cook.

I always wondered how to keep the seeds sticking on as well - I was thinking of buying a large tube of superglue!
