Hi everyone
I'm expecting that I'll get my thermomix sometime next week and I want to make sure I'm ready haha!
I've ordered from the healthy foodshop:
Bakers flour
Rapadura sugar
Chia seeds
Organic honey
I have the normal flours, baking powders, sugars , eggs on hand normally.
Can anyone tell me what I need to make stock?
What ingredients do you use a lot of?

Welcome, cera.
Here are the ingredients you'll need to made vegetable stock concentrate:

It's a very flexible list though - once you get going, just use whatever is on hand.
You use a lot of fresh herbs, spices, ginger, chilli, arborio rice, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, fruit and veges.
You might use more than usual of items like buckwheat and quinoa.
If you make your own butter, you will be using up buttermilk.
The sky's the limit - so many wonderful things to make. Enjoy! :)

Cera, we have vegetable stock concentrate recipes on this forum here (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=836.0) and here (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=196.0). I did the latter the other day and roasted the vegies for 40 minutes then continued with the recipe. It was by far the best VSC I've made and I have tried them all I think.
