Hi
I made the Thai chicken and basil from the Nico booklet. Loved the taste but way too much runny sauce. would like to make again but not sure whether to , Reduce liquid, cook longer, take MC off or add cornflower towards the end. any tips on what works best? Thanks

GHM, have a look at Nico's recipe I posted here (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=784.0) on the forum - the amount of coconut milk has been adjusted down because of that very reason. You can thicken it with some cornflour if it is too runny but there is far too much coconut milk in that recipe.
