Title: Split in lid

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone elses TMX lid have a split in in? Mine has a split where it locks in at the front. It has always been very stiff to lock / unlock, now I am thinking there is something wrong!

Can you take a photo of it ? If there is a problem I would ring your consultant as it would be covered under warranty.

Did you get in touch with your consultant Reeni? Your lid should be replaced under warranty.

The split is actually at the back, woops!

I will try to take a picture. My consultant has left TMX, should I contact them direct?

Yes most certainly Reeni - free call 1800 004 838 if you are not in Perth.  They may like to see a picture of it too but they will tell you what to do.
