One of our family's favourite recipes! I usually do a double batch of tortillas, but you can really only mix one batch at a time in the TMX, the double batch doesn't knead properly!

Thanks for the link, Chaos.  I don't recall ever seeing white corn masa flour in the shops.  Do you have any ideas where can I get it from?

The brand we have is sancarlosproducts.com (masa lista) and we purchased it from an Asian grocer.  There are a list of retail outlets on the site though. :)
