Uni, it is as far as I know :-)) There are just the different types of vinegar, like white vinegar or rice wine vinegar.

Have you got a weird recipe?

I think so Uni,

you know with white vinegar you can double it....
Just decant half a bottle into another container, and fill up both with water.
wait 24 hours, now you have doubled it....

its called Mother vinegar.

Yes, I only do it once so I would like to know if it can be repeated too ;)  I also only do it with white vinegar for cleaning purposes, not cooking.  An Enjo lady told me about it years ago as a final rinse in the washing machine and instead of the blue rinse in the dishwasher.

Very handy tip to know. I have already used half a bottle of vinegar making the miracle spray :o

Mandi, I made a batch of Miracle Spray and did a very small patch between the toilet, bathroom and laundry but was very surprised when it didn't look much different.  My tiles are unglazed like yours and I was expecting it to come up much lighter. It was too late in the day to be doing anymore and the smell of the eucalyptus oil is too strong for me at night so I will hopefully get around to doing the whole entrance hall, passage area tomorrow.

Maybe your tiles weren't as dirty as mine Judy :D
I didn't find as much difference with the tiles in my entrance as they were not so bad as I scrubbed them not so long ago. But they still look lovely and clean.
I did use a tooth brush on them to get into all the groves

I would have thought they were grotty Mandi as I have only been going over them with a mop and they haven't been scrubbed for a while now.  Maybe it will look lighter in the light of day tomorrow although now that I think of it, DH doesn't go in that area with his wheelchair so perhaps it wasn't too bad anyway.

I found that leaving the miracle spray on for 10 minutes made the job so much easier.
Had a GF drop in tonight and the first thing she said was how clean my house smelt :)

I did the 10 minutes then scrubbed it with my deck brush as Faffa called it.  Then I mopped it over and dried it with a cloth, the only time I got down on my hands and knees.

I do the half water/ vinegar once per new bottle.

I also use it for a rinse aid in the dishwasher, and instead of a fabric softener in the washing machine.

Vinegar in the rinse cycle with dark color clothes too.
