Title: In the mix demo with DV?

Dani Valent is doing 'in the mix,' demos in uk.

Has anyone been to one?
Cost £30, plus a lot of fuel for 2.5 hrs.
Plus book is £40

All comments gratefully received  as it is a lot of money to go.

A lot of people who have attended the classes around Australia have posted pics and comments there and then uploaded photos of what they've cooked following the inspiration.

I haven't seen a full class, but I did see little snippets of Dani in action and I can recommend her as a very clear presenter.

Hope if you do go along that you will share your impressions here or on the Facebook page too.
