I need some recipies for snacks that i can make and take out to all her therapy/doctors appointments, as well as childcare. I made quirky Jo's raw cacao and date bliss balls, with half dates/half figs, and i changed the nuts(as her childcare is nut free) for sunflower seeds, and they are delicious. I'm you have recipes with nuts thats fine, i can try to substitue for seeds/grains for childcare. We can take nut foods to early learning and her therapy appointments
Thanks in advance

Gosh Kylee, that's a long list - poor Veronika. I don't know what to recommend or suggest, I've never been faced with so many allergies, but glad you have found Quirky Jo's blog and hope you get some good recipe ideas from the forum.

Have a look here, Kylee - not absolutely everything on your list but many problem pre-sifted.

Hi again Kyls. It was a beautiful surprise to meet you and Veronika yesterday. :). I am thrilled that the summaries I linked to can cut down the research time so you can spend more time cuddling the kids and cooking in your fab friend Thermie. Hope to "see" you again on the forum soon.
Here's the link to a GF DF NF EF cake recipe, which might suit your family needs:

Kyls, such a difficult task you have and lucky Veronika to have such a caring mother.
Have you tried the blender batter waffles, muffins and cake from Quirky Jo's website? Brown rice is great in these recipes and you would never know what they are made off. With the fermenting they are quite light. I freeze the leftovers straight away as I find they don't keep we'll, but great used on the day from the freezer.
The waffles dont have added sugar, or dairy, and you can make them with chia gel instead of eggs. I have also made the fermented waffle recipe and changed them into savoury waffles using any veggie and spice I felt like.
I think the cake and muffin recipes (from memory) would also be able to be adjusted. I would use dates or bananas for sweetness.
Also have you tried the gf pizzas from Quirky Jo? Mini ones would be great for a snack. I love her Quinoa and chia flatbreads as well. I sometimes cook like a piklet and use for sweet or savoury snacks.
As you can see I love Jo's recipes ;D
Klys, have you tried any recipes using legumes instead of flour? There are quite a few on this site. Some would be suitable to adjust for Veronika. And they do taste good ;D
I hope these are some ideas that might help.

Dear Kyls,
I'm just wondering how Veronika's food journey is going. Is she still intolerant to all the foods you've listed in this thread?
