Title: Creamed Spinach Dip Review - Devil of a Cookbook p.67
Post by: cecilia on June 03, 2012, 12:19:40 pm
A wonderful dip, which is quite a sophisticated sort of flavour.  This is labelled spinach dip, but there is also cream cheese, parmesan cheese, cooked onion and bacon, parsley and sundried tomatoes in the recipe.  I have to confess I didn't have sun-dried tomatoes, but nevertheless there was plenty of wow factor, and guests and family both enjoyed it.  5/5

Cecilia - many thanks for the review.  Have just received the book and very interested in hearing what others have thought of those recipes they've tried.  Will certainly be making this one!   :D

Hope you enjoy it as much as we did, goldfish.  It makes a lot, so a good one for a party, rather than just a regular meal.
