Title: Say hello to my new granddaughter

This is my gorgeous granddaughter Ava Louise.  Daughter of my eldest son and his beautiful wife, and my third grandchild.  I think she's just gorgeous, but I may be a bit biased  ;)

This is Ava at 4 weeks with her mummy and in the second photo she is ten weeks.

She is lovely Merryln,  I'm in no hurry to become a grandmother, but when the time comes I'm certain it's very special :)

Thankyou everyone.  She's just a sweetheart.  They are so lucky to have such a happy and  contented baby for they first.

I'm loving being a grandma  :D

Congratulations on the latest arrival, a very sweet baby.

Maybe we need a special Grandma's brag book thread?  (Hopefully, I won't be joining that one for a while)

Excellent idea Lelly. We have had a quite a few new arrivals lately.
Perhaps a new baby thread so we can include our expecting mums on the forum.
