This is my tweak to Porridge for 1 (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=6956.0). While deliciously creamy, I found that the original recipe was too runny for my taste.
Raspberry & lemon porridge
30g rolled oats
200g milk
1tsp sugar
1 pinch salt
1 handful frozen raspberries
2 tsp lemon curd
Place rolled oats, milk, sugar and salt in the TM bowl. Cook at 100C on :-: at speed 3 for 5 mins. When there is still 10 secs to go, drop the raspberries through the lid. Once cooked, pour into a bowl and allow to sit for a minute or two. Add extra milk if desired and stir through a dollop of lemon curd. Absolutely delicious.

Interesting twist with the lemon curd alioc.

Alioc this sounds delicious. I'm going to try it tomorrow morning and report bank. I've got raspberries and lemon curd in the freezer!

Mmmmn. I may try this too. I've been making chocolate and apple porridge this week as I've tweaked Amy,s breakfast smoothie recipe. I've got raspberries in the freezer and lemon curd in the fridge. Oh I've even got raspberry curd in the fridge too. Wonder how that would go?

This is my breakfast this morning using blueberry. Yum!

Is that chocolate and apple porridge on the forum ES? I would also love to hear your tweaks of my breakfast smoothie of they are something I haven't tried before :D :D
BTW I think the raspberry curd would make it extremely raspberry-y! :o

My breakfast - using frozen mixed berry and maple syrup instead of lemon curd. Also leave out sugar. Yum!

I tried this for breakfast this morning alioc - I have small serves so this will do me 2 meals.
My version was using blueberries and with no lemon curd in my fridge I substituted lemon & carrot marmalade (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2349.0). I really enjoyed it, thanks for the recipe. Lots of variations can be used for this one.
