Hi to everyone!  I've been lurking around here for a while and thought I would finally register and start contributing.  I've had my TMX since just before Christmas and have just started really investigating all the health benefits it brings, so I've got a few questions  ;)

Hi AliRo, welcome to the forum.  We like it when lurkers come on in and join us and as you would know some of the characters of this forum already, you should feel quite at home here.  Take what you want from here, comment on our recipes and share some of yours - that's all we ask of our new members.  Enjoy.
