Making a curry in the slow cooker, used yoghurt, then I added less than 100mls of cream, it as split. The slow cooker is on Low, so I do t understand.

Hally I always add the cream in last half hour in s/cooker....did you add earlier?

Taste is all the matters H  ;)  if your mixing it with rice....it doesn't matter what it looks like  :)

I had the same problem- back in the dark old old TM days before I got  rid of my slow cooker. if I'm doing anything in the pressure cooker now I add cream or yoghurt after the specified cooking time as I have had many split cream disasters in my time.

You know I thought tt would be OK low on the slow cooker, not again.
