Possibly if you were on the road for longer it would be thicker so good first effort while standing still eh.

Yes Judy it has a recipe book. The recipes cover everything you could think of. I want to try a fruit cake in it soon.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Looks good chookie, what difference is there with a Slow cooker?

I made this cinnamon cake today.

http://www.lambsearsandhoney.com/2013/09/fabulously-fast-cinnamon-cake-recipe/

It did not have the sour cream and milk anywhere in the instructions so I added alternately with flour.
It is really too much mix for Thermy, I should have used ken the kenwood!

They taste good, One given away, two in freezer and one for us. I made 4 small ones, instead of two bigger ones.

I also made bread

And leek soup.

Will be roast chicken for supper tonight.

Good cooking everyone.

Curry looks good Cookie. I have a thermal pot too but don't use it much. Getting inspired by your first dish :)

Made JulieO's choc icecream and a cherry sauce for sis who arrived from Melbourne yesterday. Didn't tell her how sinful it was. Hehehe.

She enjoyed it for sure :D

I must try that chocolate ice cream! I'm scared to feed my kids cakes and cookies (well with much sugar) they are hyped up enough as they are. I do need to start the snack baking though. Back to work next week :(

I just love my thermomix - Today I have stewed Apricots, made apricot jam, lemon cordial and now I have spiced pear paste cooking.  I have to make relish this afternoon too.  My tomato plants are abundant and I have an abundant with tomatoes.
