We got a dog 12 months ago, and I have lost 12 kg and the only thing I have done different is walking, I walk 30 to 40 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening, every day 7 days a week , even in winter and have never felt so good. I wonder how much more I would lose if I stop drinking

Bought a 1.5 SC yesterday, this loaf is perfect for two people, so quick will try with bigger SC when the kids come home. Thank you Judy and Chookie just love the way it turned out, now going to find some recipes for the mini sc 35

Thanks Judy and Chookie I will give it a go and see what happens, I have seen these 1 1/2 liter SC in Target also for $20 might look into this as it would be a perfect size for two people. I would rather bake a loaf everyday and have no left overs and give the freezer a rest

Judy I have a 5 liter SC in an oval shape do you think this will be too big . I make the no fuss bread and Vienna loaf all the time but may have to buy smaller SC

Hally I use my pizza machine ever week and when it breaks hopefully not for a while I will buy another in a flash
I also use my slow cooker, tried pressure cooking but it just wasn't for me, so with having my Thermo , slow cooker and pizza machine my life is pretty good 39

I use it if I am cooking rice or potatoes then steaming the vegetables it's perfect, but I don't use it just to steam vegetables I will use the microwave.
