I got Nico's 2nd book today that has just been released "Delicious Journeys". He has presented the conventional method alongside the TM method on the same page. This is an improvement on his first book which had all the TM conversions at the back. I love his recipes as they are simple to prepare and tasty.

 . . . . thanks CP!  And just when I've sworn off  - declared a moratorium on- procuring any more cookbooks (well . . . at least for a while!!) ??? :-)) ;D

I'm sure Frozzie would be in it too. I could pick mine up when we get together for lunch.  :)

It's lucky I am over 300 km from a book shop. I have his first book and love the recipes that I have made from it. He actually did a class a few years ago for tmx owners.
