Last night I made 3 gourmet pizzas - I would never have attempted more than 2 pre TMX and certainly would have bought the bases! I made the dough, pre-cooked the meats and made caramelised onions for the smoked salmon pizza... and it was all wonderful :D I am going to get insanely fat.

Rowyfo, that seems to be the only problem with the Thermomix!

This evening it was not that healthy, but a great indulgance :)

Greak steakes of oxfilet on the grill
small french fries from the oven (lazy)
mangetout made with a hint of cream

and naturally, the best authentix TMX bearnaise!

The dessert will come from the Pacojet - but the TMX have been used in that process beforehand :)

Well cauliflowers are cheap at present in Melbourne, so i cooked cauli in a few guises - mainly soup over weekend.  So. along with chicken and chocolate - I said to my poor wife that the weekend had been brought to us by the letter C.  Not totally amused!!

I'll post recipes later.

Congratulations Karen, I know from personal experience how VERY hard it is to lose weight. I'm thrilled because I have kept mine off for 3 years now. TMX doesn't help but I guess that is one of lifes challenges.  Also lots of fun too.

Cookie1, how can you possibly keep off the weight you lost when you cook so many cookies, cakes and desserts!!!!! You must have others that eat them.
