I made the eggs in plastic bags to take pictures, but will have to post them later.

I have included photos of the demo - you can just see how the eggs should appear in the bowl.

Also included are the dish as served in the restaurant and some more eye candy for the ladies - I should just tell you that is me doing the demo and looking like a passionate latino.  ;D ;D ;)

i just made the gluten free ham and cheese muffins from the kids' snacks book - YUMMO! i added a carrot and some chia seeds.  definitely a keeper!!

i also made another loaf of cyndi's GF bread, and i've baked some potatoes to make gnocchi later (to freeze and cook during the week).

later i'm going to make some banana, yoghurt and berry cakes and a chocolate cake of some sort to take to a playdate tomorrow (maybe the marble cake from the every day cookbook)

You're having a very busy day Karen.  Do you enjoy it? I would imagine anyone that had a TMX enjoys cooking, but I may be wrong.

I've made tomato soup, tomato puree (for pizza), more cookies, Varoma bread and tonight I made the Caramelized Apple Risotto Pudding in the new Vegetarian book. Plus the usual milk shakes, dips etc.

It's from the new Vegetarian book here. I guess it's ok to share it as long as I acknowledge it. Will post it in desserts very soon.

Yum!!! That sounds delish!
I've just converted my banana cake recipe and pulled out 3 of them from the oven (had an excess of bananas that needed using and already have half a dozen in the freezer!!!  :o :o
Oh well...
Will post the recipe when I get a chance.

Had a glut of over ripe banannas so thought I would convert a very old recipe.  Worked out well so thought I would post it in the cakes section.

I've made another batch of decadent cookies today, rice for our chicken curry and naan bread to go with it, plus the weekend milk shakes etc. The naan bread is really nice, I've saved one and I'm going to split it and make myself a sandwich in it tomorrow. (before I go to the Nico Moretti ) afternoon.
