They look pretty damn good to me Thermomixer.  Well done - great photography too.

No, I'd rather go for the low-fat cream than a smaller portion Thermomixer. :-)) :-))

Could mean 'about' but not a shorthand symbol as far as I know.  I'm sure Caroline will get back to us on that one.

These must be the same moulds that Thermomixer was referring to JulieO - did you buy yours online?

Thanks you so much for that quick response Gert - tell me, can you use low fat cream in ice-cream? Just a thought, to try and keep the calories down a little ;) ;)

Yes, I've given up trying to highlight certain instructions - the whole lot gets highlighted  >:( >:(  It is easier to follow a recipe though when these bits are highlighted.

Everyone is telling us about their lovely ice-creams and it would be nice if we had a separate section, just for them to post their complete recipes in.  Can you all please post full recipe/instructions for your favourite ice-creams and then maybe the moderators will start a new thread for them.  ;) ;) :-* :-*

Desserts or timbales for 10 people  -  wonderful!  Thanks Thermomixer.  Was looking at the small metal moulds in a home shop the other day but I think I would prefer ceramic to metal.  Have never seen plastic ones.

Never thought to line a casserole dish with baking paper - would certainly make washing up easier. Sounds good CP63 - we love shepherds pie in this house and the little grand-children woof it down whenever I make it for them. Will have to give your more elaborate version a go in the future.

Do you have to be logged in to see those pictures Thermomixer?  All I got was the log in box. ??? ???  Like the sound of your suggestion though - made to measure containers, dishes etc would be a great seller one would think. Oh, the money making ideas that are out there - if only someone would take them up.

Thanks Judy. Ahh, mine were softer than when I've made them before (not using TM), but I thought that was because it was my first time and I may have over mixed or something.  I did a search for profiteroles, but nothing came up so I didn't see the discussion you are talking about.  Will try to find it and have a read because if the recipe can be perfected it would be great.  :)

Thanks ILB, your post came up as I was posting this.  Would love any tips you can find.  ;D
Found the discussion JulieO

I made a start on Fathers' Day lunch by preparing the meat base for the meat lovers pizza and made the filling for JulioO's beef enchiladas. That's the first time I've used the TMX in a week, apart from steaming some vegies on Thursday - eating leftovers, eating out. At this rate it is going to take me forever to clear my freezer out but the good news is that I haven't ADDED anything to the freezer either.
