It is such a lot of work Margaret, theyíll lay the carpet quicker than youíve been able to clear what you can out of their way.

A cute little fellow Chookie.
Are you still not allowed to see GD on her birthday tomorrow Chookie?
Many people at the show cookie? The eagle experience would have been great.

First quarter I was barracking for Melbourne, second quarter the Bulldogs until they caught up then back to the team I wanted to win, Melbourne. I enjoyed watching GF day, itís not something Iíd miss doing. Footy season over for another year but Iíve ready received notification that I can pay next years subs - they can wait a bit longer though, far too early at this stage.

WA has done so well stepping up to our football seasonís finest events cookie, Iíll be watching a lot of TV tomorrow. With everyone still in lockdown in Melbourne the holiday is really a waste. I think most of Australia would like to see Melbourne win the GF, letís hope itís a good game.  Enjoy your day at the show.

Thatís a no brainer here too Margaret, I try and help by removing the less heavy items from the rooms. Last time I cleared the crystal cabinet I washed everything then stored them in a couple of large plastic tubs. I was so glad I had done that when the time came to put everything back.

If anyone can do that itís you Chookie, If I go to the trouble of actually cooking a meal I still tend to stick to the recipe or halve it if itís for 8. So many recipes I come across these days serve 8-10 which is weird. Quick meals are my favourites now and with soup I can cook plenty of it as it freezes so well and gives me variety in my meals. I have a problem with cooking a proper evening meal from scratch because we always had a cooked lunch once we retired so I only want an easy meal for tea.

Will it get better left untreated cookie or did the knowledgeable nurse recommend some sort of treatment?

Thanks cookie.  What a gorgeous picture Chookie, to have that in your backyard would be wonderful.  Glad to hear youíve been given some freedom, Iíve been busy today and hadnít heard that yet.

Bet you were glad to reach your house on the return journey Denise, hopefully the roadworks wonít inconvenience you for too much longer. When I was 70 my SIL and DD took me and his Mum to Hanging Rock (near where Chookie used to live, we ended up calling in on them afterwards) and we oldies thought we were never going to make it to the top. We did though and were quite proud of our efforts.
