I had a fried egg on a roll with caramalised onion and mushrooms and a smear to Tenina's caramised garlic paste.

That sounds great Den. I still haven't made Tenina's garlic paste. I had a look at the recipe again the other day and it seemed like it was going to be a lot of trouble so didn't worry about it.

Back to green smoothies after a few days of McDonalds while in Sydney. Hoping they still help get rid of my horrible cold.

It is worth the effort Wonder and isn't that difficult.  Once you've made it you will always want a jar in the fridge.

Apple and cinnamon porridge with chia seeds and sunflower seeds.
Made it with light evaporated milk and it was very creamy but delicious .
