That's fantastic Boo a great variety. I usually make my own garam masala and Moroccan ras el hanout so now I can add some more to my repertoire. Thank you so much :D

Thanks for this site; had seen a recipe which contained ras el hanout and didn't know what it was and now I do after checking this site.

Something to refer back to, thanks goldfish :D
Just a note, it looks like it's from overseas so remember the tablespoons would be equal to 3 tsp here in Oz. An extra tsp of certain spices, esp hot ones could make things interesting ;D

How many times have I looked at making my own spice mixes but haven't for a long time. I must make some again one day soon. Great to be reminded of all this.
