For the first time in ages I have a beef and veggie dish in the slow cooker.  Cooler here today so I will enjoy this meal if the aroma is anything to go by.

We're having Chicken Caprese, Basically chicken cooked with tomatoes and basil then a little bocconcini melted over it. I think we will have a salad with it.

Pulled a batch of Bolognese Sauce out of the freezer for tonight's dinner. We will have spaghetti with it.

I am cheating tonight.  I bought half a chicken and some creamy sundried tomato pasta from the deli and will have it with some left over veg.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

That sounds nice Margaret. I bought some fresh barramundi from Cone Bay this morning so we are having that with AF chips and salad.

Out for dinner.
Mab, I don’t think that is cheating.
Cookie, we would love a meal of fresh fish.

There is nothing like fresh fish.  I bought this barramundi at Coles.  It came from the north west of WA.

Chicken and mushroom pies.  When I bought my kitchen scales yesterday, the shop owner gave me 2 Pie dishes to try.  They are made of black clay.  What a nice surprise.

I’m on the White fibre light diet , getting ready for Colonoscopy on Tuesday. Yuk. White SD crumpets for breakfast, eggs for lunch and whiting for dinner.

Good luck with the “ white diet” Chookie. Roll on Tuesday and then it will be all over.
I made a Pasta dish here tonight.
